Background

Evergreen Engineering & Design, LLC was established in Everson Washington on March 1st, 2004.

Lila J. McGrew, P.E. 

Lila grew up in a family of builders, and as a result has had a lifetime of experience in the building industry.  In addition to numerous home renovation projects, Lila found summer employment in the construction industry while in high school and college. 

As an Architectural Engineering student, she focused on Structural Engineering and Architectural Design and the interactivity of the two disciplines. 

After graduation, Lila joined Peace Corps service where she taught math, science and English to students in Ongwediva, Namibia. 

Upon returning the United States in 1997, she was employed by Geiger Engineers in Bellingham, WA where she gained valuable knowledge in a wide variety of construction types.

Lila has had the privilege to work with many talented designers and architects on some very exciting projects in and around the Pacific NW.
